A very large untreated, unheated, not filled Natural 386.40ct oval High Dome Cabochon Ruby, the massive stone, would make a very large pendant or a sacred palm stone, or indeed for healers. This is a genuine massive ruby; the only thing that some might feel is unattractive are the white inclusions, which I think make the stone more interesting.
