Description The ring is crafted in bright polished 18K white gold. It highlights an emerald cut AA Green Tormaline in a four-prong basket setting, supported on a half-round shank. The Tormaline is surrounded by a halo of pavé-set round brilliant-cut VVS1 diamonds. There is a larger round brilliant cut VVS1 diamond set at each north-south and east-west side of the tourmaline, which, along with the smaller VVS1 diamonds, gives the top of the ring an oval shape. The Tormaline is transparent, vivid green in colour, slightly included with some small internal growth features not noticable to the naked eye. I have shown this in the enlarged photos here; the stone has an excellent cut and polish. It measures 17.48×12.95×9.0 mm and weighs exactly 13.85 carats. The diamonds are D in colour and VVS1 in clarity. The ring weighs 12 grams.
